EC1 is an environmentally responsible and very convenient all in one cleaner and sanitiser that is highly effective in both hard and soft water. EC1 is made from renewable plant resources rather than oil based ingredients. EC1 is readily biodegradable. EC1 is fragrance-free making it an ideal product for use in food preparation and processing areas.

Hy-Kleen 28 is a solvent sanitiser with no caustic contents. Any food placed on a surface cleaned with Hy-Kleen 28 will not be contaminated if placed on the surface immediately after cleaning.
All food surfaces must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water before Use.
FOOD PREPERATION AREAS - Add 50mls to 1ltr water in a spray bottle
Leave on surfaces for 2mintues before wiping off with a clean cloth
Wipe down as required during shift
End of shift: wipe down all surfaces with Hy-Kleen 28.
KNIVES AND PREPERATION EQUIPMENT
Wipe as required during shift or if using a knife bath change solution as required 20mls per bath
End of shift: after washing wipe down with Hy-Kleen 28.
FRIDGE DOORS AND HANDLES 50mls to 1ltr spray bottle
Wipe down as required during shift and after service.
Leave on surface 2min before wiping off.

When used as directed this product is an effective sanitiser against Escherichia coli, Escherichia coli 0157:H7, Staphylococcus aureus, Yersinia entercolitica and Listeria monocytogenes. To disinfect pre-cleaned, inanimate, hard nonporous surfaces apply this product with mop, cloth, sponge or hand pump trigger sprayer so as to wet all surfaces throughly. Allow to remain wet for 10 minutes, then remove excess liquid. For heavily soiled areas a pre-cleaning step is required. Prepare a fresh solution for each use.

To sanitise precelaned and potable water rinsed non porous and food contact surfaces prepare a 200ppm active quarternary solution by adding 10ml sanitiser to 5Litre water.

20Litres concentrate
